If you do not cancel during the 7-day trial, the subscription renews automatically at €29.99 / 30. There is no countdown, invented discount, or extra add-on at checkout.

Cancel from the account billing page or the Cancel subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access already paid for continues through the current period. Cancellation and refunds are separate actions.

Checkout is handled by Stripe on this page. Card is always available when checkout is configured. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallets appear only when Stripe, your device, and our account support them. We do not draw payment buttons that cannot complete a charge.

No. A completed check means TraceSignal looked in that category. It is not a finding, a count, or a hint that a match exists. Only the unlocked report shows values that the provider actually returned.

TraceSignal queries public websites and public records through a server-side intelligence provider. Reports distinguish direct records, public profiles, and possible associations. We do not invent sources or fill empty categories with fake data.

You must be 18 or older and use the product for lawful personal verification. Searching public information does not make every use lawful. Harassment, stalking, doxxing, and regulated screening are not allowed.

No. TraceSignal is not a consumer reporting agency. Do not use reports for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other regulated eligibility decisions.

An empty report is still a finished report. We do not fabricate filler records. Public-source coverage varies, and a missing signal does not prove that something does not exist.

No. V1 does not access private messages, passwords, device contents, call logs, or live GPS. If a value is not supported by the provider, it does not appear.

Identifiers stay out of URLs, analytics, and routine logs. Unclaimed searches expire after 24 hours. Claimed reports default to 30 days and can be deleted. Uploaded photos are processed without retaining the original file.

A phone search may return public identity fragments, carrier or line context, associated profiles, and other publicly linked records. Every value keeps an evidence label so possible matches are not presented as confirmed identity.

Yes. Choose the calling code and enter the national number. TraceSignal normalizes the value on the server and does not put the number in the page URL.

An email search looks for public profiles, usernames, and other identity associations connected to that address. Presence on a site is only shown when the provider returns it.

JPEG images from 32 to 4096 pixels, up to 10 MB. You must own the image, appear in it, or have permission to process it. TraceSignal strips metadata and does not keep the original upload.

No. The file is processed for the lookup and then released. The report stores normalized public matches, not the uploaded photograph.

People search can return more than one candidate. TraceSignal lists possible people separately instead of collapsing them into a single identity. Review evidence labels before treating any candidate as the person you meant.
