Cancellation should be one clear action.
The development build has no active subscription. Production cancellation will use the billing-provider portal and verified account session.
Expected behavior
Stop future renewal immediately, retain access through the paid period, send confirmation, and keep the action available from account settings and Help.
Operator identity, jurisdiction, support address, and final legal review are launch blockers and must be configured before production.
